1. AT24C01A0204081664 card
This series of IC cards are non-encrypted memory cards, capacity of 1K, 2K, 4K, 8K, 16K, 64K bit, only read and write two kinds of operations.
2. AT45D041 card
The AT45D041 card is a non-encrypted memory card with 4M bit capacity, divided into 2048 pages, each page has 264 bytes. Only read and write operations are available.
3. AT88SC102 card
AT88SC102 is an encrypted memory card with a capacity of 1K bit, and the whole card is divided into two application areas with a capacity of 64 byte. As long as the partition erase password is correctly checked, the whole area data will be erased automatically.
4. AT88SC16011604 Card
The AT88SC1601 is an encrypted memory card with 16K bit capacity, divided into a common area and four application areas. After personalization, the read, write and erase of each zone are controlled by the total password, partition password, partition erase password and read/write protection bits. 1604 is basically the same as the 1601 card, their differences are: the capacity of each partition is different; 1601 only has a password counter for zone 1, while all four partitions of 1604 have a password counter.
5. SLE44324442 card
SLE4442 is an encrypted memory card with a capacity of 256 bytes, and the card can be read or written only after the total password is verified correctly. The first 32 bytes of the card are available for write protect bit operation. The total password error counter value is 3. If there is one check error, minus 1 operation, if the count value is 0, the whole card data is locked. The SLE4432 has similar characteristics to the 4442, but without the password operation function.
6. SLE44184428 card
The SLE4428 is an encrypted memory card with a capacity of 1K byte, which can be read or written only after the total password is verified correctly. All data on the card can be write-protected (solid data). The total password error counter value is 8. SLE4418 features are similar to 4428, but there is no password operation function. 7.
7. SLE4404 card
SLE 4404 is an encrypted memory card with a capacity of 52 byte. The card has a data area with a capacity of 26 byte, and its read, write and erase operations are controlled by the total password, the read and write attribute control bits and the erase password. Note: After verifying the correct erase password, the contents of the data area are completely erased (to 0xff) before new data can be written.
8. SLE4406 Card
The SLE 4406 card is an encrypted memory card with a capacity of 13 byte. before personalization, the total password and the password counter work, and the counter value is subtracted by 1 for each password check. after personalization, the password is invalidated, and the password and counter areas become part of the data area; only subtraction operations can be performed on the data area.
9. AT88SC1608 card
1608 card is a logical encryption card with authentication function, there are 8 user data zones, each zone has 256 bytes, and a configuration zone for storing authentication data and for reading and writing passwords. The user area can also be dynamically allocated to any area smaller than 8. The AT88SC153 is a logical encryption card with three user areas (64 bytes per area) with similar functions.
