What is a logical encryption card.
Logic encryption memory card (Smart Card With Security Logic) is mainly composed of EEPROM memory cell array and cryptographic control logic unit. Since the cryptographic control logic is used to control the access and rewriting of EEPROM memory, it is not like a memory card that can be copied or rewritten at will. It is because of the advantages of this card such as large capacity, security, flexibility and low price that this card dominates the current IC card applications, especially in non-financial fields.

1、1024 bytes of EEPROM
2, 1024 bytes of write protection area (solid data)
3, 2 bytes of password, error count 8 times
4、Temperature range -35 ℃ ~80 ℃
5、At least 100,000 erase cycles
6、At least 10 years data retention period
7、SLE4428 capacity is 1Kbytes, address space from 0~1023.
8、All data can be read out in any case except the password, which can be read out after checking correctly.
9、All the data including the password itself can be written or changed after checking the correct password.
