Gluing: take A material and B material according to 11 or 101 ratio, and mix well.

Air bubble discharge: put it into the vacuum machine to draw vacuum and discharge bubble, the general operation time is about 10-15 minutes.

Pouring glue: Pour the vacuumed glue into the master mold.

Curing: Heat up to 60℃ for 2-3 hours, cool down and take out the curing. If the temperature is 120°, it only takes 10 minutes or so to mold.

Caution

①This product is non-dangerous, it should be stored in a sealed and cool place to prevent rain and sunlight exposure.

②Contact with condensed silicone rubber agent should be avoided in the operation process. What may cause the rubber not are also amines, compounds containing sulfur and phosphorus and some metal salts.

③The operation should be separated from the container where the condensation type elastic wristband has been used, and the room temperature elastic wristband tool should be used to operate this elastic wristband without being used.
