③ grinding chip: the thickness should meet the requirements IC grinding, cutting the round chip into many small chips.
④Manufacture of micro-module: The manufactured chip is mounted on a printed circuit sheet with 8 contacts, called micro-module.
⑤ card manufacturing: The micro module is embedded in the card and the printing on the card surface is completed.
⑥card initialization: First, the transport code is checked. If it is a logical encryption card, the transport code can be written to the user code area by the manufacturer, and the user code is rewritten to the smart card after the issuer checks it correctly, at which point the password, key, and file creation operations can be written. After the operation is complete, the fuse is burned. From then on, the card enters user mode and never returns to its previous operating mode, which is also used to ensure card security.
(7) Processing issuance: The issuer personalizes the card processing through the read-write device and writes some information according to the application requirements. The card that completes the above process will become the only card that identifies the user and is given to the user.
